The third installment of Acoustic Africa’s exhilarating journey focuses on the richness of African vocal traditions, featuring three of the continent’s singers: Dobet Gnahore (Ivory Coast), one of the most vibrant performers in world music, Manou Gallo (Ivory Coast) whose music draws on rhythms of West Africa as well as funk and R&B, and Kareyce Fotso (Cameroon) whose music is an intriguing combination of Afro-pop, Blues, and traditional African music. These exciting singers will be backed by an all-star band, including guitarist Leni Stern.
