Purchasing Tickets

Tickets purchased online and over the phone may have extra service and delivery fees. Tickets purchased in person have only a $1/order service fee and is the cheapest way to purchase tickets. Discounted GW Student and Alumni tickets are only available at our box office with a valid student ID. These tickets are limited in quantity and location.

Shipping /Delivery Information

Delivery options vary depending on the specific event.
For most events, the delivery options include Print-at-Home, Will Call, and First class mail.

Print at home

If you selected to print your tickets at home during an online transaction, be sure to bring your ticket with a readable barcode to the event.
There are no extra delivery fees for printing your tickets at home!
Selecting the Print at home option is the cheapest way to purchase tickets online.

First Class Mail

By selecting the mail option, tickets will be mailed First Class by the next business day to your address.
However, if you purchase tickets within 2 weeks of the event date, they must be held at Will Call or they must be printed at home, as the mailing option will be unavailable.
There are extra delivery fees for selecting First Class Mail as the delivery option.

Will Call

Tickets at Will Call can be picked up during all regular box office hours or beginning one hour before the event start time with a valid photo I.D. and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
There are extra delivery fees associated with selecting Will Call as the delivery option.

Refund/Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly.

If the event is canceled and Management has your contact information, Management will notify you as soon as possible and refund the amount paid for tickets, including all fees, by the same payment method used for the purchase. If you purchased your tickets by cash, you must come to the Box Office during operating hours with the printed tickets and photo identification to receive a cash refund. Tickets purchased by cash will only be refunded for up to 30 days from the cancellation notification. If you purchased your tickets at a retail outlet, please return them to the same location.

If the event is rescheduled and Management has your contact information, Management will contact you with the new date and time of the event. The decision to issue refunds for rescheduled events is made by the individual artist or promoter.
